RETURN POLICY
Can I return my Roll-Away Window Screen(s)?
Custom products or special orders may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Be sure to check all measurements and read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. Samples are available for order. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
What if I am not satisfied with the color?
Because all orders are custom made, we do not provide refunds or offer exchanges of screens due to color. Please note, colors may vary slightly between the website pictures and the actual screen frame. Color samples kits are available to purchase online you are unsure about the color. We will credit the cost of the color sample kit to your account for future purchases.
What if I did not provide the correct measurements and my screen(s) came in the wrong size?
We will replace up to one (1) screen per order at no cost to the customer, if the measurement of the replacement order is within 1 inch of the measurement on the original order. No refund will be given, only an exchange. If multiple screens were ordered with the incorrect measurements, any additional replacement screens needed will be at the expense of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be given on additional screens. If you would like to return one (1) screen due to incorrect measurements and receive a replacement screen, use the return link, located on the order status page, to request a return authorization within 7 days of receipt. A response will be emailed to you within 48 hours with further instructions on how to return your screen. Authorized returns must be shipped back at the expense of the customer.
What if my screen is manufactured incorrectly?
Use the return link, located on the order status page, to request a return authorization within 7 days of receipt. A response will be emailed to you within 48 hours with further instructions. Upon approval, we will replace the screen that was manufactured incorrectly at no cost to the customer. No refunds will be given, only a replacement unit.
What if my screen is defective?
Use the return link, located on the order status page, to request a return authorization. A response will be emailed to you within 48 hours with further instructions. Upon approval, we will replace the defective screen or defective parts at no cost to the customer. No refunds will be given, only a replacement unit or parts. What if my screen arrives damaged?
Products with visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Products with concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Pictures of the packaging and damaged screen(s) are required for all claims of damage. To report a claim, please use the return link, located on the order status page, to request a return authorization. A response will be emailed to you within 48 hours with further instructions. Upon approval, we will replace the damaged screens(s) at no cost to the customer. No refunds will be given, only replacement units.

Shipping Policy
Do you ship Roll-Away Screens internationally?
No, our products are only shipped in the United States.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all regular FedEx Ground shipments. An option for expediated shipping can be selected during the ordering process, at which time the additional cost will be calculated based on the size of the order and the shipping address.
Who will be delivering my shipment?
Our products are shipped Estes Express for large orders and FedEx Ground for small orders. A tracking number will be emailed when your order has shipped.
